Your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS based on availability.  Shipping based on total weight of the items being shipped.  We do ship UPS ground or USPS priority.

Items will ship from the Fort Worth, Texas area.  

Returns

Open containers cannot be returned.  

If you have received an order and it is incorrect, please contact us via the website or email orders@texasjak.com.  We will arrange for either the correct product to be sent to you or work out an exchange for the correct product.
